After 14 years as a district chief executive, I have now taken on the mantle of District Councils' Network (DCN) director.

Three weeks into my new role, DCN is this week taking part in two major initiatives which will help our members adjust to the new realities of devolution – and whatever lies in store after the Spending Review.
