New tax powers for Wales unveiled in Welsh Bill

The Welsh Government will be handed business rates, and the power to hold a referendum to devolve some income tax as part of a range of financial freedoms outlined by the Welsh secretary today.

The Welsh Government will be handed business rates, and the power to hold a referendum to devolve some income tax as part of a range of financial freedoms outlined by the Welsh secretary today.
