Tax reform law passed in Wales

The Senedd yesterday passed a Bill to reform business rates and council tax in Wales.

The Senedd yesterday passed a Bill to reform business rates and council tax in Wales.

Legislation will increase how often the values of all non-domestic properties in Wales are updated to once every three years and establish a five-yearly cycle of property revaluations for council tax from April 2028 onwards.
