In its entry to The MJ Awards 2015, Rushcliffe BC described its executive management team (EMT) as a ‘great unit'. It's hard to disagree. Made up of Dave Mitchell, Kath Marriott, Dave Banks, chief executive Allen Graham, Peter Steed and Dan Swaine, the energetic team was quick to praise and challenge council staff. Passionate and purposeful, it got stuck in and took pride in the borough's progress.

The EMT created the vision for Rushcliffe, guiding and encouraging the authority with the support of service managers and lead specialists.
