The head of the Tees Valley Unlimited Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has revealed they are hoping to 'clinch' a City Deal with the Government by end of the year.
Speaking to The MJ, Stephen Catchpoole, said the City Deal would be spread over all five boroughs in the Tees Valley, including Stockton BC.
