Newport City Council's cabinet has backed a report which raises concerns about the Welsh Government's plans for local government reorganisation.

The cabinet approved the report on 13 April by the local authority's chief executive, Will Godfrey, which responds to the Welsh Government's consultation on its local government White Paper.
