Philip Hamberger has been appointed as director of corporate services and transformation at Thanet DC.

Mr Hamberger comes to the council with extensive experience, including in the last seven years, the posts of assistant director commercial and transactional services (Slough BC); programme director of change (East Herts DC); and assistant chief executive (Basildon DC). Prospect-us led the recruitment process.
