As the world and his wizard gears up for the release of the final film in The Hobbit trilogy next month, West Sussex CC has climbed upon the Middle Earth bandwagon to help promote its campaign to improve the A27.

The county council enlisted the help of local illustrator Garry Robson to bring a slightly different take on the difficulties faced by drivers trying to get from one end of the county to another, using the A27.
