Care bosses have hailed the Department of Health’s (DoH) new adult social care outcomes framework as a ‘significant step forward’.

Care bosses have hailed the Department of Health's (DoH) new adult social care outcomes framework as a ‘significant step forward'.

The joint lead on the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) standards and performance committee, Paul Najsarek, said the 2013/14 framework has been the result of a ‘genuinely collaborative process' between Whitehall and local government.
