Kensington & Chelsea RLBC has downplayed expected changes to its senior councillors after a petition with more than 1,500 signatures demanded the entire cabinet quit.

In papers to a council meeting tomorrow, interim chief executive, Barry Quirk, said the council's new leader, Cllr Elizabeth Campbell, had been considering overhauling her cabinet after the authority's handling of the Grenfell Tower fire was heavily criticised.
