Tower Hamlets LBC is ready for the upcoming mayoral and local elections but chief executive Will Tuckley said he could not promise they will go ahead without any ‘incident'. 

Giving evidence to the London Assembly today, Mr Tuckley walked members through steps the council was taking to ensure the elections in May will be transparent.
