Bournemouth Council has announced it is bringing 22 staff back in-house from its controversial partnership with Mouchel, to help launch a new scheme to support local firms.

The council said last week it was transferring the workers back so it could work on a new community-financing scheme, which aims to support small and medium-sized local businesses.
