Trading company to support schools

Wirral MBC and Cheshire West & Chester Councils have agreed to form a trading company to support schools across both local authorities.

Wirral MBC and Cheshire West & Chester Councils have agreed to form a trading company to support schools across both local authorities.

The joint community interest company will provide a range of services to around 300 schools and colleges with an expected annual revenue of around £30m.
