Pressure is mounting on the Treasury to deliver £580m towards a proposed Cardiff Capital Region City Deal.

Progress on the deal took a significant step forward last week with agreement from 10 local authorities on a £1.28bn plan to deliver economic growth and infrastructure in south east Wales.
