Tri-borough arrangements face review as Labour gains Hammersmith & Fulham

Labour's victory in Hammersmith and Fulham LBC poses implications for the west London tri-borough partnership.

Labour has seized control of Conservative flagship borough of Hammersmith and Fulham - a victory that could have significant implications for the west London tri-borough partnership embracing Kensington and Chelsea RLBC and Westminster City Council.

The party took 11 seats from the Conservative ‘low-tax' council in a power shift which gives Labour a six-seat majority in Hammersmith and Fulham LBC and control for the first time since 2006.
