West London's tri-borough partnership is setting up a new staff mutual to take over responsibility for delivering school support services.

Hammersmith and Fulham LBC, Westminster City Council, and Kensington and Chelsea RLBC believe the 40-strong staff mutual will help them save more than £1m over the next four years.
