Planned changes to employment tribunals are going 'back to the future'.

Planned changes to employment tribunals are going ‘back to the future', a leading local government employment lawyer has claimed.

Mark Greenburgh, head of local government at law firm Wragge, told The MJ the new time limit took employment law backwards, but was unlikely to have a huge impact on local government.
