Tributes have been paid to John Lynch, board member at the Association of Democratic Services Officers (ADSO), following his death.

An ADSO spokesman said: ‘It is with deep sadness that we have to announce that John Lynch, our longstanding finance director, passed away last week after a fall at home in which he suffered a catastrophic brain injury.'
