Council executives from Northumberland, Suffolk, Devon and Wiltshire will be attending a one-day conference in Trowbridge tomorrow, hosted by the local county council.

The conference will look at the future of local government in the 21st century, and includes debates on engaging with local people and delivering the most effective services.
