Public trust in councils to make planning decisions in the best interests of communities is ‘almost non-existent,’ research has found.

Public trust in councils to make planning decisions in the best interests of communities is ‘almost non-existent,' research has found.

A UK-wide survey from property firm Grosvenor found just 7% of respondents said they trusted their council to make planning decisions in the best interests of the local area for large-scale developments.
