UK housing market foreign investment increases

Foreign investment in the UK housing market has increased by 3.2% in the past year and is up to 18.8% in some areas, research by an estate agency has revealed.

Foreign investment in the UK housing market has increased by 3.2% in the past year and is up to 18.8% in some areas, research by an estate agency has revealed.

According to the figures, London boroughs still face the highest volume of foreign-owned property, with 16,667 homes in Westminster, 9,403 in Tower Hamlets and 9,387 in Kensington & Chelsea.
