Some unanswered questions

George Jones and John Stewart suggest there will be major conflicts unless the Government clearly defines localism.

Unless the Government makes clear just what it means by localism, there are likely to be major conflicts of interest between community groups and councils, suggest George Jones and John Stewart.

The unresolved issue in the Government's localism policies is that the relationship between localism for local authorities and localism for communities is not clear. The result is an unresolved tension between devolution to local authorities and devolution to communities.
