Unison has challenged local authorities to sign its new ethical care charter and pledge to improve home care standards.

Unison has challenged local authorities to sign its new ethical care charter and pledge to improve home care standards.

The charter was launched on 12 November, and calls for minimum standards for safety, quality and dignity in home care.
