Union leaders have called for the Health and Social Care Bill to be scrapped, after the Government announced it was delaying the controversial legislation for a ‘listening exercise’.

Union leaders have called for the Health and Social Care Bill to be scrapped, after the Government announced it was delaying the controversial legislation for a ‘listening exercise'.

Prime minister, David Cameron, said last week that the Bill would be delayed as the Government embarked on a two-month listening exercise.
