VINCI Facilities has appointed Sebastiaan van Dort as head of green deal and energy company obligation (ECO), as part of its strategy and commitment to participate fully in the new government scheme which is set to be launched this autumn.

Prior to his role at VINCI Facilities, Mr van Dort was director of product development at Vibrant Energy, where he oversaw the development of key products and services offered to the public sector.
