Barnet LBC’s Conservative council leader Richard Cornelius has insisted chief executive Andrew Travers retains his full confidence despite a damning report.

Barnet LBC's Conservative council leader Richard Cornelius has insisted chief executive Andrew Travers retains his full confidence despite a damning report.

Mr Travers and Cllr Cornelius have both rejected calls to resign over the report, which found Barnet and Harrow LBCs' joint legal service failed to comment or give advice on two council reports before they were considered and voted on by members at a meeting of the former authority earlier this year.
