Vulnerable to be given more control over care

Under plans unveiled by the NICE,looked after children and young people are to be given greater control over their social care.

Looked-after children and young people, and those living with dementia, are to be given much greater control over their social care, under plans unveiled by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE.)

New draft guidelines for health staff and social workers were put out to consultation on 16 August.
