Volunteering can help vulnerable youngsters develop a sense of civic duty and responsibility, according to a new Ofsted report.

The report, Choosing to volunteer, was published on 5 December to mark International Volunteering Day, and evaluates the experiences of young people who have taken part in programmes throughout the country.
