London councils are still waiting for post-riots regeneration funding promised to them by City Hall, BBC research has found.

After disturbances in Tottenham last summer spread throughout the capital, London Mayor Boris Johnson and Communities Secretary Eric Pickles promised £70m from the Mayor's Regeneration Fund to a number of authorities in the capital.
