Walker Morris has appointed Stephen Cirell on a consultancy basis to reinforce its renewables, energy and resources team.

He brings more than 30 years' experience in the public sector, gained through both in-house and private sector roles, to assist in Walker Morris' targeting of the local authority energy and renewables market place.
