Warrington chief Terris makes Barnsley swap

Warrington Borough Council's chief executive Diana Terris has today confirmed she is leaving the authority after five years to take up the top post with Barnsley MBC.

Warrington Borough Council's chief executive Diana Terris has today confirmed she is leaving the authority after five years to take up the top post with Barnsley MBC.

Ms Terris said: 'As chief executive of Warrington, I am proud to have led significant organisational transformation and delivered real service improvements.
