Warrington council chief executive to depart

Warrington council chief executive will be leaving the authority after five years at the helm.

Diana Terris, chief executive of Warrington Council, has confirmed she is leaving the authority after more than five years at the helm, to become new chief executive at Barnsley MBC.

She said: 'As chief executive of Warrington, I am proud to have led significant organisational transformation and delivered real service improvements.
