Sue Evans has been appointed head of human resources and organisational development for Warwickshire CC.

She is currently learning and organisational development manager for the council and is replacing Bob Perks who retiring at the end of May after 37 years service in local government (24 years at Warwickshire CC). Ms Evan's previous experience includes working in HR for Oxfordshire CC, the Fire Service and in central government, 8 years as an army officer and before that as a teacher.
