Warwickshire CC has merged its adult, health, children and young people and families departments and, as a result, Wendy Fabbro becomes people group strategic director. Ms Fabbro has been employed with the council since 2010.

Catherine Driscoll, head of adult social care at Worcestershire CC, has been appointed director of adult and community services at Dorset CC.
