Watch out for the tax plans for interims

What would you say if told you that your council will soon be required to become tax collectors for HMRC? What about being held liable for the tax arrangements of your interims and contractors if you've recruited them without a third party involved? Yes, you did read that correctly – held liable for another individual's tax arrangements that you have no oversight of.
