Scotland’s public spending watchdog has hailed the improved leadership of councillors and officers at West Dunbartonshire Council.

Scotland's public spending watchdog has hailed the improved leadership of councillors and officers at West Dunbartonshire Council.

A report by the Accounts Commission said the council was in a ‘good position' to tackle challenges including falling population, economic deprivation and poor health outcomes despite facing a budget gap of nearly £14m over the next three years.
