Ministers today announced the location of the second wave of eleven Enterprise Zones, which they hope will succeed in creating 30,000 new jobs by 2015.

First announced by Chancellor George Osborne during his Budget in March, approval has already been given to some 11 designated areas giving businesses incentives including business rate reductions worth £150m over the next four years, access to superfast broadband and relaxed planning rules.
