Website of latest council to be hit by cyber attack working again

Portsmouth City Council’s website is working as normal again today after it became the latest of several councils to be hit by a cyber attack.

Portsmouth City Council's website is working as normal again today after it became the latest of several councils to be hit by a cyber attack. 

Tameside and Salford councils both reported last week being affected by the distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, which flood websites with traffic, from the pro-Russia hacking group Noname05716.
