Council bosses and trade union leaders have called on the Welsh Government to restore local government funding to pre-2013 levels.

Ahead of tomorrow's draft Welsh Government budget announcement, the Joint Council for Wales, which represents both local authorities and trade unions, has written an open to letter to local government minister Mark Drakeford, calling on him to restore funding to 2013-14 levels in real terms.
