Neath Port Talbot CBC looks set to sign a 25-year care contract with the not-for-profit organisation, Gwalia.

The deal, to provide residential care, respite care and supported housing in the borough, was approved at a cabinet meeting last week but, in order to comply with legal requirements, will not be formally signed until 22 December.
