Jacqui Sinnott-Lacey has been appointed chief operating officer at West Lancashire BC

Jacqui Sinnott-Lacey has been appointed chief operating officer at West Lancashire BC.

She joined the council from the Peaks & Plains Housing Trust in 2016 as director of housing and inclusion.
