Wolverhampton City Council pulls plug on partnershp approach to sharing and developing IT services with Staffordshire CC.

The withdrawal is still subject to a formal endorsement by Wolverhampton's members, who will be advised to drop a collaborative partnership that would have involved replacing Wolverhampton's mainframe computer and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
