West Midlands mayor discusses second devolution deal with Government

The mayor of the West Midlands Combined Authority has met with the prime minister to discuss a second devolution deal for the region.

The mayor of the West Midlands Combined Authority has met with Theresa May to discuss a second devolution deal for the region.

The deal included an £8bn funding agreement and a new mayor for the region.
