This winter, the cost of living crisis is placing unprecedented pressures on our communities. Many of our residents are having to make difficult choices just to meet their basic needs such as eating or heating and it can be difficult to know who to turn to for help and support.

In West Northamptonshire we strengthened our commitment towards helping people live their best lives by adopting a fresh approach towards tackling poverty and deprivation. Our new anti-poverty strategy sets out how we will work with partners to support people, what we will do to stop people falling into poverty and how we will work to influence the Government and other national organisations.
