A key West Yorkshire leader has said a devolution deal could be signed by March, as pressure mounts on leaders to overcome local quarrels.

West Yorkshire Combined Authority chairman Cllr Peter Box said he was ‘relaxed' about other regions moving ahead with agreements to win greater powers from central government, adding the area had already achieved successes that ‘stand comparison with Manchester'.
