Westminster leader joins House of Lords

The leader of Westminster City Council has been made a peer in David Cameron’s resignations honours list.

The leader of Westminster City Council has been made a peer in David Cameron's resignations honours list.

Cllr Philippa Roe will join other local government figures in the House of Lords after the Cabinet Office published the final list last night.
