Property developers who merely want to ‘make a fast buck by building properties that only oligarchs and absent overseas investors can afford' should go elsewhere, the leader of Westminster City Council has said.

Cllr Nickie Aiken was speaking at the London Real Estate Forum's opening reception last week, a networking event for more than 2,000 developers, investors and policy-makers.
