The outgoing chief executive of Norfolk CC has urged local leaders to look at sharing more 'functions, services and people'.

David White left the authority on 5 April after leading the authority since 2006.The chief executive post at Norfolk CC has been made redundant and a new managing director will be appointed shortly.
