You've got to admit that our so-called Governments, I mean the useless one in Whitehall, and the ones in the town halls, have made a right pig's ear of all this inflation stuff.

I mean, surely the point of Governments is to see what's coming round the corner and get ready for it, not act like bleeding rabbits in headlights.
