All this stuff about the customer coming first, patient choice etc is all a load of cobblers when it comes to the one thing we never talk about i.e. snuffing it.

We're all going to pop our clogs someday so if we're the customer why can't we choose when instead of waiting until we fall apart or lose all our marbles?
